POLISI PENUKARAN

1. Sebarang pertukaran BAHAN adalah tidak digalakan, kecuali pun atas budi bicara CIKGU GORGEOUS SDN BHD.

2. Sebarang permohonan pertukaran adalah dalam masa TIGA (3) hari dari tarikh pembelian.

3. Pemohonan pertukaran selepas TIGA (3) hari perlu disertakan dengan  alasan dan sebab-sebab yang MUNASABAH yang mana boleh diterima oleh pihak CIKGU GORGEOUS SDN BHD.

4. Kesilapan pembelian semasa mengisi borang adalah tanggungjawab sendiri dan tidak boleh ditukar kecuali atas sebab-sebab yang munasabah.

5. Kesilapan pembelian melalui EJEN yang mengisi borang adalah tidak boleh ditukar dan perlu berurusan dengan EJEN yang bertanggungjawab.

6. Permohonan pertukaran selepas SEPULUH (10) hari pembelian adalah tidak dilayan.

7. Sebarang permohonan pemulangan WANG adalah tidak dilayan selepas pembelian dan hanya boleh ditukar dengan bahan yang sama harga sahaja.

8. Pemulangan WANG adalah tidak dibenarkan selepas mendapat bahan melalui email.

EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Any exchange of MATERIALS is not encouraged, except at the sole discretion of CIKGU GORGEOUS SDN BHD.

2. All exchange requests must be made within THREE (3) days from the date of purchase.

3. Exchange requests made after THREE (3) days must be accompanied by valid and reasonable justifications, which are subject to acceptance by CIKGU GORGEOUS SDN BHD.

4. Any mistakes made during form submission are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be exchanged, except for acceptable reasons.

5. Mistakes made by AGENTS during form submission are not eligible for exchange and must be resolved directly with the responsible AGENT.

6. Exchange requests made after TEN (10) days from the date of purchase will not be entertained.

7. Any request for a REFUND will not be entertained after purchase and can only be exchanged with materials of the same value.

8. Refunds are not allowed once the materials have been received via email.
